MME is able to provide engineering technical support for all aspects of the maintenance and operation of assets. We are experienced in rotating assets, pressure equipment and civil assets. MME is involved with project management, management of change, risk assessments and engineering solutions to breakdowns and asset improvements.
Our technical background in maintenance management means that we have the ability to support the operations and maintenance teams in the event of machine breakdowns and/or asset improvements. Management of change (MOC) and risk assessments will also provide support necessary to eliminate problem areas.
The coordinators will as part of their scope review the nature of failures to determine if there is opportunity to engineer out repetitive problems, or increase inspection frequency in order to capture problem areas. In like manner the coordinators will be looking for areas of inspection that may be reduced in frequency justified by risk based inspection (RBI) methods in order to focus attention in areas where it is needed more.
